NURTW boss Razaq Bello shot dead in Lagos
The local council primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos state have turned out violence.
Some of the councils rocked by violence include: Ejigbo Local Government Area, Ikeja, Mushin, Oshodi-Isolo, some parts of Agege and Amuwo-odofi.
A member of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) has been killed during the local council primaries of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos state.
NAIJ.com findings revealed that the NURTW member identified as Razaq Bello was allegedly shot dead by members of a rival gang.
NURTW Members Protesting
- It was gathered that violence started after the primaries in Shogunle area of Lagos state was put on hold due to accusations against the manner at which the exercise was being conducted on Monday, May 29.
Bello was popularly known as Hamburger was the Lagos state treasurer of tricycle operators.
